School Vacation Camp

We offer a full day of activities for children ages 4-13. Each day features activities to keep your child engaged. Campers may register by the day or by the week. We will do inside projects, play outside in our 133 acres of fields and woods and go on field trips. School Vacation Camps are offered almost everyday children are out of school for scheduled vacations.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Program Hours: 9am-4pm
Early Care starts at 7:30am
Late Care ends at 6pm

Everyday Items Campers Need:

A lunch, snacks, drinks & water bottle
Weather appropriate clothing and shoes
Indoor shoes or slippers & extra dry clothes

Cost:
$45 per child per day for members
$55 per child per day for non-members
$40 per day for additional children with Family Membership
$7 per day for early OR late care
$10 for both early and late care
$10 per day for the shuttle
$215 per week for members
$200 per week for additional children with Family Membership
 

Additional charges apply if a parent arrives later than 6pm for pick-up. We do not accept campers until 7:30am for early care.

HORSEMANSHIP VACATION CAMP PROGRAMS

This program will expose to your child to horsemanship and English style riding.  They will learn horse etiquette, grooming, feeding, watering, breeds, tacking, showmanship and safety in this one day camp.  For all skill levels including beginner.

REGISTRATION

Please download and complete one Registration Form  and Medical Form for each child. Return the form with payment in full to Camp Ketcha. You can fax registrations with credit card payments to (207) 885-0944. Your child will be registered upon the receipt of the registration form, medical form & payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing 3 or more weeks prior to the start of the vacation camp day will receive a full refund minus a $15 registration fee. Cancellations received in writing within 2 weeks of the vacation camp day will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of the vacation camp day. No refunds of any amount will be given with less than 5 working days written notice prior to the vacation camp day.

Please note that a minimum of 8 campers is required for the shuttle to run. A minimum of 2 campers per location is required. /
