Traditional Camp – Ages 4-14
Every day at our camp, your child will enjoy a blend of outdoor adventures on our expansive 107-acre fields and woods, as well as engaging indoor projects with their peers. The diverse range of activities includes arts & crafts, outdoor living skills, drama, group games, environmental education, sports, team building activities, cooking, and much more. It’s like experiencing a summer camp during the school year!
For the age group of 4-5, we maintain a camper-to-counselor ratio of 1:8, while for children aged 5 and older, the ratio is 1:13, ensuring personalized attention and supervision.
Just like our summer program, we prioritize the safety and well-being of every child. Therefore, if a child requires support staff at school, they must also have one present during their time at our vacation camp. This ensures a supportive and inclusive environment for all campers.
*Campers must be 4 by the start of the program and be fully toilet trained.
Speciality Camps – Ages vary based on speciality camp being offered
At Ketcha Outdoors, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our campers. Each week, we curate a series of engaging activities centered around a specific camp theme, ensuring that every child’s interests and passions are catered to. Whether it’s an exciting adventure in the great outdoors, an artistic exploration through various crafts and performances, or a hands-on learning experience in environmental education, our camp themes are carefully designed to inspire, educate, and entertain.
One of our most beloved camp themes, Wilderness Skills, was a huge hit with older campers during last year’s April Break. Campers had the opportunity to delve into the wonders of nature, learning survival techniques, outdoor navigation, and teamwork in a captivating and immersive wilderness setting. The positive response and feedback from campers and parents alike have encouraged us to continuously innovate and enhance our offerings.
As we eagerly await the upcoming camp season, we are diligently working behind the scenes to bring back well-loved favorites and introduce exciting new themes. We understand the importance of variety and excitement, and our team is dedicated to creating an extraordinary lineup of camps for this year’s April Break and beyond.
Be sure to keep an eye out for updates on our website and social media channels as we unveil the thrilling camp themes that await your child’s adventure-filled week ahead. Ketcha Outdoors is committed to providing an experience that leaves lasting memories and sparks a lifelong love for learning and exploration. Join us on this incredible journey of discovery, growth, and fun!
